  We would go to ground round in toms river as children. This is not the same place (even though it is) we came with 3 toddlers and 2 adults. The waitress was on her phone and did not help us get the high chairs, despite seeing us juggling 3 kids.
  Then we had to wait while watching her on her cell phone again til she took our orders, then waited some more for them to come while she socilaized. Then waited even more for our order to be taken. Had to constsntly as for basics like refills and napkins. The best part was after she dropped off our food (which did come quick) she disappeared and was never to be seen again. Eventually, we became so irate we got up and asked someones else to ring us up (gave us a bill for twice of what we owed even though there was NOONE else there!!! so we could leave and get out of thst hell hole. Never again will we be back. Ruined any memory we had of the ground round.
  Adult food was ok, nothing great but bland and over too much bread to hamburger ratio. We ordered 3 kids meals, cheeseburgers, and chicken tenders. Chicken was good. Hamburger was charred to being inedible and our 3 kids will eat pretty much anything and they turned their noses to their food.

  I had the basic Ground Round burger and I liked the flame-broiled flavor (sort of like Burger King's technique) and the fries were tasty, even before I seasoned them. I wish there were more Ground Rounds around. Bowling alley is alright too.
